Other Helpful Information: We are a peer-led sutta study and meditation group. Each session, we study a particular sutta and discuss the teaching within the discourse and how it relates to our practice and our overall lives. We start and end each hour-long session with a silent sit. We are very friendly group and all are welcome! Please contact the e-mail above if you would like to be added to the mailing list, to receive the Sutta in advance. No registration is required.
