Other Helpful Information: We're a peer-led sutta study and meditation group. Each session, we study a particular sutta and discuss the teaching within the discourse and how it relates to our practice and our overall lives. We start and end each hour-long session with a silent sit. It's a very friendly group and all are welcome! Please contact Jamie if you'd like to be added to the mailing list. Bio: John spent many years studying with various sangas in the greater Philadelphia and Delaware area. Pre-COVID he attended a DVI meditation meeting in Philadelphia lead by Pamela Freeman and Sara Lomax Reese, and finally found his home. John graduated from the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program taught by Tara Branch and Jack Kornfield.
