Awakening Through Courage and Lovingkindness with Tara Mulay

  • Online via Zoom only (map)

Join Tara Mulay for a half-day of practice and discussion, hosted by Delaware Valley Insight. This is an online via Zoom event. There is no in-person portion.

Description

The Buddha's teachings recognize ten qualities of heart-mind that support awakening known as the paramis.  Courage and lovingkindness are two of these qualities, which we can develop during the meditative process and in our daily life practice.  As our mindfulness practice unfolds, these two qualities can infuse our lives, opening us to deep experiences of resilience and joy.

During this half daylong retreat we will encourage noble silence while grounding in mindfulness meditation, as we explore the supporting paramis of courage and lovingkindness.  There will be time for dharma talks and question and response sessions.

Check out this one-minute video of Tara describing the workshop.

This program is appropriate for both new and experienced meditators — all are welcome.
