Finding Our Ground within the Knowing of Uncertainty - Jozen Tamori Gibson

  • Oniine via Zoom - Details will be shared with registrants United States (map)

Are we truly grounded? Do we know uncertainty? Finding our ground within the knowing of uncertainty, how do we continue to engage our world with appropriate responses and non reactivity? For this session, we'll explore these inquiries and whatever arises from our co-created online space through the practices and links between wisdom, energy and patience - three of the 10 "perfections" known as the Parami. The other 7 Parami may naturally make an appearance :-)

If you're interested in some optional pre-work, we will use this book as a primary reference and partial guide: Parami: Ways To Cross Life's Floods by Ajahn Sucitto

Our session will include a dharmette (short dharma talk), 30 minute guided meditation, integrated short meditations, space for questions and responses, and at least a 15 minute break. Video participation is optional, always. Everyone's mics will be muted upon arrival. Dress comfortably and please feel free to arrive and depart the session when best for you.
